This is Kanayo, the boy with a prince complex. He's drawn with a tiara indicating he's a prince (in the corner) and he's drawn with a king's robe because he's aiming for being king. I do find myself ninja like sometimes so a japanese looking kimono top but I'm still a bit americanized (though i'm korean) so he has a hoodie kimono top. Some of my other favorite colors other than blue is red and black and white. But, red stands for fate according to chinese legend (though that was for a love myth but i use it to mean fate) and so he is wearing red threads. Black gives him a bit more of a darker and mysterious feeling. He is wearing a bit of purple and purple threads because purple was said to be a color for royalty in Europe. Also, around him are chesspieces and a chessboard because he is actually very smart which is one of the sources of his prince complex. Because he's smart, I thought chess would represent him well. Just like me, he's smart but I tend to hide my feeling of superiority sometimes. Not to be biased but I think lots of guys tend to have superiority complexes so my alter ego is a guy this time and it would only be right if we called it a 'rince complex'. The king chess piece is obviously the biggest one and is labelled king because that's the position Kanayo is shooting for but so far, he is the chess piece labelled as prince, fallen over on its side. On his kimono, he also wears a design on it that looks somewhat like a wing and is in yellow. Yellow we often associate with gold, something rich. Those with money tend to be seen as higher in society so he has a gold imprint of a wing. Tsubasa is one of my favorite words in japanese meaning Wing and so he flies on a higher level of other people, so he thinks. Well, sorry for the long explanation.
